What is KDP? 

KDP is Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing. This service is brought by Amazon to sell books online thru their website. What can you sell? You can sell almost anytime and it’s free to boot. It can be in any genre. Fantasy, Horror, Comedy.  

 

How to get started on KDP? 

Getting started on KDP is fairly easy for beginners. First you go their website

Then sign up for new account unless you already have an amazon account then use that instead. After you get that done go to Your Account. 

There you would have fill a code in. 

Then after that you’ll land on your Author/Publisher Information. Go to fill in your tax information. To which it should take take a couple of minutes then you’re all set to publish books on KDP. 

How to publish a book?

Go to your bookshelf

There you have three options Kindle eBook, Paperback and Hardcover

There you can choose which version you would want to publish although it would better to publish your book in three version to get more options out there in Amazon if possible. So with this you should be ready now to get started.
